When creating or editing a Collaborator you can change their Landing Page, the page to which loads immediately after the user logs in. 

By default, users are taken to Directory, which is best suited to a desktop experience. However, members of your team likely work on mobile devices for most of the time. Our Mobile Landing Page directs users to an easy to use Activity Wizard for mobile devices.

Why?

Mobile devices are essential in quickly capturing data and activities. Once set to the Mobile Landing Page, users will arrive here whenever they login.

How?

  1. In the Directory Settings menu, go to Manage Collaborators , and click the View icon for the Collaborator you wish to edit.
  2. You can use the search box at the top of the window to locate the Landing Page field, or you can scroll down to it.
  3. Drop down to Mobile.
  4. Click Save.
  5. The next time this Collaborator logs in they will be directed to the Mobile landing page.

Can I change my own Landing Page?

Yes, you can follow the instruction above to change your own Landing Page. However, if you are are using Directory as your landing page but want to access the Activity Wizard you can do so via the main menu in the top left of your screen.
