Workbench pulls your Tasks and Activities into one place and lets you update them from everywhere within Solomon.

Very soon, is will also provide you with a realtime feed of activity from across your team, allowing you to see what other Collaborators are adding and updating.

Workbench can be accessed from anywhere in Solomon, by clicking on a button located in the top right of your browser window.

Workbench can be left open as you work (while using the Directory for example) or can be closed to make more space on your screen.

You can view all your Tasks in the Workbench and from here you can manage your workload and complete Tasks with a click of a button.

A Task records a piece of work to be undertaken. Each Task has a status (Pending, To Do, In Progress, Done and Cancelled) and contains other information like a description and a due date.

Tasks now include a progress (%) bar so you can monitor how close the Task is to completion. Once the Task has been marked as done, the Progress Bar will automatically be set to 100%.

For more about Tasks please see below:

As with Tasks you can view your latest 50 Activities in your Workbench.
Without clicking in to the Activity you can see detailed information about this, which is perfect whilst using the Workbench on your mobile device.

You can see the Activity Type, The Activity Subtype, the public description and the time and date from your Workbench.
